Money-back guarantee rules

If you bought our app directly from our website and the money-back option was displayed to you at the time of checkout, you are entitled to a refund if you did not observe results from our program, in addition to the refund rights granted by applicable laws, as long as all of the following requirements are fulfilled:

  • Your first contact with us was within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
  • You have been sticking to our program for (1) at least 7 consecutive days in the first 30 days after the purchase (for monthly and longer subscription periods), (2) at least 5 consecutive days in the first 28 days after the purchase (for 4-week subscription periods), or (3) at least 3 consecutive days in the first 7 days after the purchase (for weekly and biweekly subscription periods); and
  • You can provide proof that you have followed our program in accordance with the guidelines outlined in “How to prove that you have followed the program.”

We will review your application, and once it is approved, we will notify you by email or another means of contact stated in your application.

An important statement!

Please be aware that you may only get a return under the Money-Back Guarantee if the aforementioned conditions are met. Specifically, there are no other situations in which a money-back guarantee is applicable.

General refund rules

We appreciate any feedback and work hard to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. However, you can receive a refund only in accordance with the conditions listed above if you are not satisfied with the provided services.

Unless otherwise specified below or as required by relevant legislation, the fees you have paid are normally non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable if you do not fulfill the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee outlined above. Furthermore, our firm may evaluate specific refund claims on an individual basis and issue them at our sole discretion.

Refunds are often only available during the subscription period. If the subscription has expired before you made an application for a refund, we will not be able to refund your money.

Note for the residents of California and Connecticut: We will reimburse your money if you live in California or Connecticut and decide to cancel your purchase by midnight on the third business day after the date of the transaction.

Note for the EU residents: If you are a Swiss or European Union consumer, you have the automatic legal right to back out of service purchase agreements. When you buy a single piece of digital material, e.g., a video recording or a PDF file, you explicitly give consent to the content being made accessible to you right away. As a result, you forfeit your right to withdraw and are not entitled to a refund. By registering for our service, which is ongoing and does not consist of a single piece of digital material (like app subscriptions), you specifically ask for and agree to an instant supply of that service. Hence, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will withhold from your return the amount proportionate to the service rendered prior to your notification of your contract withdrawal.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal: Provided that you have not forfeited your right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period ends in 14 days following the day you sign the contract.
